Returns Policy

We would recommend that all customers check their parcel as soon as it is delivered.

Personalised stationery is printed to order. As such, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on personalised orders unless they are faulty.

Non-personalised stationery can be returned within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned in a resaleable condition (i.e. unopened, items undamaged, packaging intact, etc.). Refunds will be made in the same way the original payment was made. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition. 


Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us on01746 330908 immediately. We will do our upmost to resolve the matter quickly.

Please examine your order upon delivery. Defective goods and incorrect/incomplete orders must be reported to us within 48 hours.
